FYSH
pilot information.
While FYSH is in pilot you can build a sample property listing with no account, using the real tool a private seller uses. This page explains that demo, how its shared sample data is handled, and what happens as FYSH moves towards launch.
The pilot explained
The pilot is a designated period of time during which a couple of things are happening. This summary explains what.
Free credits and live listings
We are offering 10 free credits to every vendor sign up and verification for all new vendor accounts, enabling real listings to be created, published and interacted with online. This is a live direct residential property marketing service.
Creates a live listing. It is NOT connected with the listing demo.
The listing builder demo
We have built a demonstration version of the listing builder (listing demo) allowing visitors to build and publish a temporary sample property listing, using their own testing data without having to create a vendor account (a sort of try before you join).
A published listing will feature in search results and render the full listing details using our live listing template. The only limitation is that the demo listing cannot be interacted with in the same way a live listing can.
- Demo listings are purged from the demo account every 48 hours
- Feature is only active during the pilot
Point 1
Try the listing builder, no account
The listing builder demo shows one thing, the tool a seller uses to build a listing, with no sign up and nothing to set up.
Open the listing builder demo to get hands on with the real builder and its guided helpers, the pre create checklist, the location search, the EPC lookup and the guided description. It exists to show how straightforward building a listing is, so you can see the tool for yourself before deciding to create an account. It is a demonstration of the builder only, not the full selling journey.
Before you start, it helps to know how the demo behaves, so nothing catches you out.
- No account or credits required.
- The account is created as a vendor role, someone who wants to market their property on fysh.uk.
- The demo listing can be enabled to preview in the market, allowing it to be searched for.
- It is one shared example that every visitor edits together, so your entries are visible to others and can be changed or overwritten by them.
- Because it is shared and public, enter sample details only and never any real, personal or private information.
- The listing title is fixed as a demo and cannot be changed, so the example is always clearly marked.
- The demo covers the builder form, its guided helpers and photo management. The rest of the journey such as registering interest, messaging, viewings, offers and credits, are not part of it.
- The example resets on a short cycle, so nothing you enter is saved or kept.
Tell us what worked and what did not through the contact page, or raise anything that feels wrong with report a concern.
Point 2
Listings during the pilot
The demo is only available during the pilot, created so the platform can be tried.
The demo listing when published on FYSH during the pilot will be fictitious. Because it is sample content, the listing carries no real world obligation and is there purely to demonstrate how FYSH works.
All pilot content is purged when the pilot finishes so FYSH can transition into live operation with a clean start.
Point 3
Demonstration mode
Demonstration mode is only available during an active pilot and gives everyone free access to the listing functionality for a short while.
When demonstration mode is switched on, a notice appears on the home page with a link to this page. Anything created while demonstration mode is active is treated as temporary, and it is cleared every couple of days. It is a way to show the rich features designed into FYSH without affecting anyone real.
Point 4
Removal of your data
When the pilot or each demonstration period ends, everything created will be purged so the platform returns to a clean state.
This means your pilot activity is not kept for the long term and is not carried into the public launch. If you want anything removed sooner, you can ask through the contact page.
Treat the pilot as a trial run. Save anything you want to keep elsewhere, because pilot content is designed to be cleared.
Point 5
What happens next
The pilot runs, we refine, and then FYSH opens to the public with a clean start.
While the pilot is live we gather feedback and keep improving the platform. When the pilot ends, the sample data is cleared and the public launch begins fresh, as the sections above describe. We will make the transition clear in advance so nothing comes as a surprise.
Thank you for helping prove FYSH before it opens to everyone. When you are ready, open the listing builder demo and try it for yourself.
