FYSH is the UK's private residential property platform — a commission-free, direct alternative to using an estate agent. Vendors list their homes and sell directly to buyers with no agent and no commission, while buyers browse, save, set alerts, and negotiate with vendors directly. FYSH operates across England and Wales.

Is FYSH an estate agent?

No. FYSH is not an estate agent, conveyancer or legal adviser. It provides the listing, communication and structured-offer tools that let private vendors and buyers deal with each other directly, without an agent acting as intermediary.

How much does FYSH cost?

Buyers use FYSH free. Vendors list their property free with no commission on the sale; some optional features, such as unlocking an expression of interest or booking a featured homepage slot, use message credits.

Where does FYSH operate?

FYSH is open to private vendors and buyers across England and Wales, with an active pilot across the TN postcode districts of Southeast England (Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Sevenoaks, Rye and the High Weald).

How do buyers and vendors communicate on FYSH?

A logged-in buyer sends an expression of interest; when the vendor unlocks it, a private message thread opens between them. From there they can negotiate directly, including through the structured Price Broker offer tool.

What is the Price Broker?

The Price Broker is FYSH's structured offer-negotiation tool. Once a buyer and vendor are in a message thread, the vendor can open a Bid Session in which both sides make timestamped offers and counter-offers with a full audit trail.
