What a credit is
A credit is a prepaid unit held in your vendor dashboard, where one credit covers one chargeable action. Credits do not expire while your account is active, and buyers never pay anything to use FYSH.
Listing your property on FYSH is always free. Credits are a small prepaid balance that you spend only on two specific actions, and only when you choose to. Here is exactly where a credit goes.
Two moments cost a credit, and nothing else does. Everything below explains what each one buys and why the model works this way.
You spend one credit only to unlock a real buyer expression of interest, or to feature a listing. Buyers never pay anything.

When a buyer sends an expression of interest they are registering serious interest in your property. You spend one credit to unlock it, which reveals the buyer details and opens a private message thread between the two of you. If no buyer ever gets in touch, you never spend a credit. See our guide to handling expressions of interest.
You can promote a listing to a featured slot on the FYSH homepage and across the search views. Featuring uses credits for the duration you choose, and any unused portion is returned if you cancel. It is entirely optional and separate from your standard listing, which stays free.
Most agencies and online portals charge upfront to place or promote an advert, whether or not a single buyer ever responds. FYSH turns that around. The listing is free, and a credit is spent only at a moment of genuine value, either a real buyer reaching out or a promotion you have actively chosen. You pay for outcomes and choices, not for shelf space.
Credit bundles and current prices sit in your vendor dashboard and on the advertise page. See Advertise for the current packs, or the glossary for the terms used here.
