FYSH is an England and Wales residential property platform that connects private sellers directly with buyers, with no estate agent and no commission on the sale. Sellers list their own homes, control their own privacy, and speak to interested buyers through a secure messaging and exchange system built into the platform.

FYSH protects seller privacy by showing only an approximate location until a buyer formally registers their interest. Optional features, such as unlocking an expression of interest, booking a featured homepage slot, or running a private Private Offer Tracker exchange, use message credits rather than ongoing fees.
