FYSH Private Offer Tracker

A calm, private way to agree your price

The Private Offer Tracker is the part of FYSH where you and your buyer settle on a figure. It is built to feel simple and unhurried. This page walks through the whole journey, from the first offer to the agreed sale, so you know exactly what to expect before you begin.

Free to use

No credits are spent and there is no fee on your sale. The tool is free for everyone.

You start it

A session only opens when you invite a buyer. Nothing begins without you.

Private thread

Every offer stays between the two of you. No one else can see it.

On record

Each offer is timestamped and saved. You both receive a clear report at the end.

How it works, start to finish

If you have ever placed a bid on an online auction or sent a message in a chat app, you already know how this works. Offers arrive as simple messages in a running thread, newest at the top, each with a clear figure and a timestamp. Putting a price forward feels just like making a bid, except only you and your buyer can ever see it. You reply whenever it suits you, there is no agent in the middle, and you can stop at any point.

1

It opens from a buyer enquiry

When a buyer has asked about your home and you are happy to talk numbers, you invite them into a session with one tap. Your eligible enquiries are listed for you, each showing the property and the buyer, ready to invite.

You choose who to invite and when. A buyer can never open a session with you.

2

The buyer makes the first offer

Once the buyer accepts your invitation, they put forward an opening offer. It arrives as a clear figure with the date and time, alongside any short note they choose to add. Nothing is hidden and nothing is spoken.

You reply in your own time

When it is your turn, you see the buyer's latest figure and your own last one side by side, so the position is always obvious. You can send a figure of your own, accept what is on the table, or step away. You have a full week to respond, and you can pause the session whenever you need a moment.

You never have to decide on the spot. If you would rather think it over, you can pause.

Offers move back and forth, all on record

Each side answers the other until the numbers draw closer. Every step is saved in order with its own timestamp, so there is never any doubt about who offered what, or when. You can add conditions or ask a question alongside any offer.

When a figure suits you, you accept

The moment an offer feels right, you accept it with one tap. Both of you can see straight away that the price is agreed. There is no pressure at any stage, and accepting here is not a legal commitment. Your solicitors handle the formal side afterwards.

It closes with a report and your saving

You conclude the session, which locks the record so it can never be altered. You both receive a tidy report of the whole exchange, which your conveyancer will find handy. FYSH also shows you roughly what you saved by agreeing the price yourself.
